Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sauna sessions, including single-session bookings ("Drop-In Sessions"), multi-session passes, punch cards, credit packs, and any membership offerings (collectively, "Session Products") offered by Hot Commons, LLC ("Hot Commons").
By booking a session, purchasing a Session Product, or attending a session, you agree to the following:
Eligibility & Participation
Participants must meet all participation requirements established by Hot Commons.
- Guests must be at least 16 years of age
- Guests aged 16–17 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the required Liability Waiver and must be accompanied by an adult
- All participants must complete the required Liability Waiver prior to participation
Hot Commons reserves the right to deny participation for safety, health, or operational reasons.
Session Products
Hot Commons offers various Session Products, including Drop-In Sessions, multi-session passes, and memberships.
- Each session credit or booking is valid for one participant for one session, unless otherwise expressly stated
- Session Products have no cash value
- Session Products may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged
- Session Products may only be used for Hot Commons sessions
Booking & Availability
- All sessions must be booked through Hot Commons' designated booking platform
- A confirmed booking is required to attend a session
- Session availability is subject to capacity limits, scheduling, weather, safety considerations, and operational conditions
Cancellation & No-Show Policy (24-Hour Window)
If you are unable to attend a booked session, please cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time so the spot may be offered to another guest.
Drop-In Sessions
- Drop-In Sessions canceled 24 or more hours in advance will be automatically refunded to the original payment method
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are not eligible for a refund
Passes & Memberships
- Sessions booked using a pass or membership and canceled 24 or more hours in advance will have the session credit returned to the account
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time may result in the loss of the session credit
Failure to attend a booked session without canceling ("no-show") may result in forfeiture of the session or credit.
Hot Commons may, at its discretion, reinstate a session or credit in cases of illness, weather disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Passes, Credits & Membership Use
- Session Products are intended for individual use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise
- Credits may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used for commercial purposes
- Misuse of Session Products may result in forfeiture without refund
Membership offerings, if available, may be subject to reasonable-use guidelines, scheduling limits, or additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Seasonal Operation & Expiration
Hot Commons is a seasonal, outdoor, wood-fired sauna operation.
- Session Products are valid only during the current operating season
- The operating season end date is determined by Hot Commons based on weather, fire conditions, site access, safety considerations, and operational feasibility
- Unused sessions or credits expire at the end of the operating season and are not carried forward, extended, or refunded
Mobile Operation & Location Changes
Hot Commons is a mobile operation.
- Session locations may change within the Methow Valley during the operating season
- Purchasing a Session Product does not guarantee availability at a specific location or address
- Location changes do not constitute cancellation or grounds for refund
Payment Method on File
When booking sessions or purchasing Session Products, you may be given the option to securely save a payment method on file through Hot Commons' booking platform.
For certain Session Products, including memberships, a valid payment method on file may be required.
Hot Commons does not directly store or access full payment card details.
Refunds & Final Sale
- All session passes, memberships, and prepaid Session Products are final sale
- Session Products are non-refundable, including for unused or expired sessions
- Refunds are issued only for eligible Drop-In Sessions canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy above
Conduct & Safety
All participation is subject to posted guidelines, session rules, and staff direction.
Hot Commons reserves the right to deny entry, end a session early, or revoke access or privileges for safety, conduct, or operational reasons. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
Operational Changes
Session schedules, amenities, capacity, and offerings may change due to weather, safety, maintenance, or operational needs.
Temporary closures or schedule changes do not entitle guests to refunds, credits, or extensions.
Acceptance
By booking a session, purchasing a Session Product, or attending a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
